For customers in South America, delivery may take between 15 to 30 business days. d). The timeframe for other countries’ deliveries may extend from 15 to 25 business days.
Shipping time: Our Expedited Rate Shipping, a faster alternative, generally takes 3 – 7 business days to reach most international destinations. Leveraging renowned couriers like DHL, FedEx, or other expedited options, we ensure efficient delivery based on your location. Tracking information typically becomes available on the respective courier’s website 1 to 2 days after dispatch. Any minor delays in tracking visibility are often beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience during these instances.
Our commitment to cost-efficiency remains steadfast, as we provide free worldwide shipping. However, for Expedited Shipping, fees are determined by the weight of your items and your delivery destination. Our shipping fees remain competitively low, aligning with our goal to maximize your savings.

• An expedited delivery service with signature confirmation is employed, requiring someone to be present to accept the delivery. If no one is available, a card will be provided with options for re-delivery or collection from a designated depot.

• Kindly refrain from refusing any delivery. In the event of refusal without prior consent or pre-delivery order cancellation, you’ll be in breach of the agreement to accept purchased items. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund for any refused items.
