Designerfashion101 does ship internationally. We offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
How long will it take for the products to be shipped?
48-72 hours for the intricate process of order processing.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for most country.
My package is missing. Can you help?
Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal, afterpay, apple pay, visa, mastercard, american express, and discover.
Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online.
My order was canceled, what happened?
Orders are canceled if the item is sold out, there are significant shipping delays, the billing information doesn’t match the credit card or anything similar. Regardless of the reason, you will receive an email telling you why the order is canceled and that in up to 3 days you will have your money back.
I ordered something, but I didn’t receive a confirmation
Check the Spam folder, usually you can find all the information that you need there. You can also go to My Orders section on the website and then review the order history if you want. Of course, if you still can’t figure things out, you just have to let us know and we will assist as quickly as we can.

How do I measure my body?
With a measuring tape held comfortable and not too tight or too loose. every product has a very specific and accurate size chart to help you understand the fit of each piece.
Another trick is to measure a garment you already have (and like how it fits) and compare with the measurements of our garments online.
I enjoy an item but it’s not available. How often do you restock stuff?
Actually, we restock very often. Press the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” button and you will receive an email notification when the item is available. It really helps and it can make a huge difference. There’s no guarantee that any item is restocked, but if it is, then you will get the notification.
Can you help with a damaged product?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@designerfashion101.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
RETURN
How do i make a return?
Not everyone finds love at first fit. purchases made on our website may be returned up to 14 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. please contact service@designerfashion101.com to initiate a return.
How much time will it take to process my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. You should keep the return tracking number for your record if possible. Once we process the return, You will receive a refund via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. This timeframe will be dependent upon your bank.
The shoes I got don’t fit, what can I do?
The best thing that you can do is to contact us, so you can return them.

What can I do if I forgot my password?
Forgetting a password is unfortunate, but there are ways around that. You need to click “Forgot Your Password” near the login button and follow the instruction. You can recover it in no time.
I am not receiving the newsletter?
There are times when email clients might see our message as spam. If you didn’t receive the newsletter in the Spam folder either, just contact us and our customer support team will help.
How can I sign up for the newsletter?
You can do that via filling the box at the bottom of the page or when you check out products. Once you are subscribed, you will receive exclusive content.
How does the discount system work?
We always want to offer customers the best deals, and sometimes you might receive a discount from us. You can add the discount code to the purchase when you see an ‘Enter Code’. This will automatically lower the price. There are some restrictions however: • You can use only one voucher per order • Some vouchers are valid only for certain categories • There are vouchers requesting a minimal value • You will encounter vouchers that can’t be used on discounted items • You’re not allowed to redeem a voucher in a retrospect manner!
